CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service total. To secure an appointment with a service ticket of more than 100$ , a 30$ deposit is required. This is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice. 'No-shows' will forfeit the deposit. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
